台北競技俱樂部擁有U8、U10、U12、U15、U18等各支梯隊，培育超過百名菁英球員，以具有啟發性、高效率和科學化的方式進行訓練，並鼓勵球員學校課業與體育訓練並重，以增加未來球員將自身運動興趣與產業連結的可能性。
The primary competition that our youth teams compete will be competition organized by the Chinese Taipei Football Association. During vacation, we will also attain competitions in foreign countries to interflow with different type of football all over the world. Also every youth players that shows brilliance will be recommended by the club to the Youth National Team Coaches for selection.
Our primary objective is to improve and establish our youth program to help develop more players in Taiwan. And for this, one of our most important objective is to have 70% of our first team player home grown from our youth program. And to accomplish this, we aim to provide he best youth system, training and program to help all our younger players to develop and grow into their potential.
經濟問題有時會成為青年足球員的障礙，每年數萬元的訓練費會減少有潛力的球員繼續參加青訓梯隊的動機，這也是為什麼台北競技俱樂部決定免收 U15 以及 U18 梯隊的訓練費用：台北競技俱樂部希望降低球員及其家庭的經濟負擔，專心於參加訓練及比賽、增加自身的足球能力。
入選 AC Taipei U15 以及 AC Taipei U18 梯隊的球員只需要定期繳交註冊費用（用於報名比賽及行政費用等用途）以及服裝費用；而訓練費用，包括教練的薪水、場地的租金和訓練器材費用等，將由台北競技俱樂部吸收。
