Our primary objective is to improve and establish our youth program to help develop more players in Taiwan. And for this, one of our most important objective is to have 70% of our first team player home grown from our youth program. And to accomplish this, we aim to provide he best youth system, training and program to help all our younger players to develop and grow into their potential.
經濟問題有時會成為青年足球員的障礙，每年數萬元的訓練費會減少有潛力的球員繼續參加青訓梯隊的動機，這也是為什麼陽信台北競技俱樂部決定免收 U14、U16 以及 U19 梯隊的訓練費用：陽信台北競技俱樂部希望降低球員及其家庭的經濟負擔，專心於參加訓練及比賽、增加自身的足球能力。
入選陽信北競 U14、U16 以及 U19 梯隊的球員只需要定期繳交註冊費用（用於報名比賽及行政費用等用途）以及服裝費用；而訓練費用，包括教練的薪水、場地的租金和訓練器材費用等，將由陽信台北競技俱樂部吸收。
